Since his first job almost thirty years ago, working on the shop floor of ASDA, right through to his role as Group Content Director for Bauer Media UK, responsible for over 150 people, ORCC founder and MD Owen observed malfunctioning management in action and made it his mission to help business leaders become first-class managers.

It is this belief in action which has seen him deliver unprecedented success to each business he’s lead since his first directorship in 2005.
